They were kind, friendly and provided excellent service. The vehicle arrived the day after it was picked up from the dealer & we couldn't be happier. Thank you for your assistance. Comment : I had a car transported from Orlando to Rochester NY. The car was picked up on Friday September 27. Was told the vehicle would be 48-72 hrs to delivery. I called on Tues Oct.1 to inquire to ETA and was hung up on by Kim. Spoke with Erin the owner about her customer service ro no avail. When running any type of service, communication is key. I don't recommend their transport service. These people are very rude. Still don't know when my vehicle will arrive. So here's an update from my previous review. After seeing my review the owner Erin called me screaming because of my negative review and threatened to have me vehicle transported back to Buffalo after o received a call that it would be an hour. Yelling he knows his rights he has 29 days to deliver. Needless to say I'll be sending a complaint to BBB. Also will be heading to Buffalo myself to pick up my vehicle. Comment : I had a great experience with Erin and Bill's. They transported my car from West Seneca, NY to North Port, FL. The driver stayed in contact with me throughout the drive coordinating with the delivery of my vehicle. He has an amazing sense of humor and easy to talk to. He didn't try mansplaining things lol. I wish I remembered his name but I highly recommed and will definitely use Erin and Bill's in the future.
