Comment : Update 2/14/2023: Our side view mirror needed to be replaced. There was a slight delay in the order, but then Bill Erickson had it expedited at his expense and we were able to get it installed in one business day thereafter! The mirror matches the car color and I was able to adjust it perfectly. This was excellent service, I recommend Erickson’s Automotive to anyone.

Update 7/19/2022: We took our 2003 Honda to Erickson’s for service to the air conditioner. Erickson’s was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem! An unrelated problem showed afterwards: the car started shaking and a dashboard warning light came on. A call to Bill Erickson recommended to tow it there. They had no notice since the problem came on unexpectedly. Once again, Erickson’s was quick to diagnose and fix the problem! We were able to get it back the very next morning after they got the part, an ignition coil. This company has quick and excellent service. I recommend Erickson’s Automotive for all your vehicle’s needs.

Update 7/8/2022: I took my Toyota in for routine service and it was done quickly and inexpensively. The people that I dealt with, Devon and Bill are very friendly and helpful! I recommend Erickson's Automotive to anyone!

Update 5/11/2022: We took my wife’s Honda in for scheduled service yesterday and it was done professionally and in a timely manner. We take both our vehicles to Erickson’s and very much appreciate their service and friendliness!

Udate (5/4/2021): I brought in the Toyota Highlander because the heater was stuck on, even when it was turned off. Erickson's Automotive diagnosed the problem and called very soon with some options. The very expensive option was to replace the unit. This is what a dealer would do without any other choice. I chose a much more affordable option, to have Erickson's repair it. They were able to get the repair done that same day and I drove it home without any more problems. I have confidence in the repair because their technicians are very well qualified and have earned many awards for excellent service. And Bill and Devon are both delightful to work with. This company is terrific and we take our vehicles to them exclusively for all services.

Update (5/3/2021): We always take our vehicles to Erickson’s Automotive for service. This visit was routine, except that we noticed some issues with the battery. Erickson’s recharged it and the found that it failed the test. We agreed to replace it. The new battery is guaranteed 100% for three years and then if it needs replaced, prorated for the next one hundred months. Also, they were able to install it the same day, so we didn’t have any additional wait time! I recommend Erickson’s Automotive to anyone.

Update (12/17/2020): We take both of our vehicles to Erickson’s Automotive on a regular basis. The people are very friendly and helpful. They perform professional service in a timely manner. The costs are quite reasonable too. They also keep track of the maintenance schedule for the vehicles and know when it’s time to perform the service for that make and model. We recommend Erickson’s Automotive to anyone!

We went to Erickson's Automotive for routine maintenance a few weeks ago and were met and treated with courtesy. The service was good and completed promptly. Their inspection found that the battery was weak and we were able to get it replaced with a high quality battery (Interstate), with a good warranty. The total cost was reasonable. I recommend Erickson's Automotive for good quality, prompt and courteous service!

Update: We went back when service was due again for both our vehicles and were treated with the same top notch service and friendliness. I'd recommend Erickson's Automotive to anyone. We'll definitely be going back with our vehicles when service is due in the future.

Second Update: We just returned again and had the same great service and friendliness. I know I'm sounding like a broken record, but this place is great. The cost is very reasonable as well.

Comment : It's a pleasure to work with the folks at Ericksons. So happy to have found them to be "our" mechanic. Bill has provided free spot-on diagnostics for us twice and followed up with competent repairs. There's a reason Ericksons is busy.
