Comment : My son's Honda CRV had been rear-ended, which broke a motor mount/strut. This made a clunking noise when accelerating, and needed to be fixed before the car could be used so we had AAA tow the car to Eric Krebs Automotive in Goleta, CA. Starting with Rob at the front desk, our problem was diagnosed quickly, the part was ordered and replaced and we were back on the road in a day or two. From there, we took the car to Gerber Collision for a bumper repair and that went smoothly as well.

Comment : Eric was able to diagnose a, quite honestly, stupid error I made in installing a new battery and repaired a seal leak in my Jeep's transmission. He is quite busy so it took him a few days to get to the job which was no problem for me as it is my second mode of transport.

Comment : They understood the problem and was able to fix for less than I thought it would be. They also took the truck right away so I could get it off the steet.
