Comment : They were very honest in telling me that the diagnoses I'd received from 2 AAA responders to my call for a battery problem was not correct. First, I was told I needed a new battery, which arrived, but that guy said my battery was charged and OK. The 2nd AAA responder who followed up said it looked like the alternator was failing. Engines Express checked out both situations and found no problem.

Comment : I live in DFW and have an elderly family member in the Tyler area. When his truck had an issue with the blend door actuator I immediately thought of Terry Lemley the service advisor at Engines Express in Tyler. Terry got him scheduled the same day and after an initial diagnostic by the technician discovered that the repair could be completed without additional parts saving me $400 on the quoted cost of the repair. Engines Express has a convenient payment portal where I was able to pay for the repair while in DFW allowing my family member to just go pick his truck up.
