Comment : Called to get a round about price to swap the engine out in my 2003 toyota camry (current motor is still running and driving daily just starting to give small problems here and there that im tired of dealing with) with the engine I'm about to order. The guy told me he's not in the business of installing customer supplied parts. I'm a single father of 3 and my kids live with me I can't afford to use a motor he'd supply and upcharge me on I'm expecting the labor alone to be a couple grand already. Wasn't aware mechanic's weren't in the business of repairing vehicles unless they can double the price of parts. Lady that answered the phone was polite and professional though so thank you to her.

Comment : They were very honest in telling me that the diagnoses I'd received from 2 AAA responders to my call for a battery problem was not correct. First, I was told I needed a new battery, which arrived, but that guy said my battery was charged and OK. The 2nd AAA responder who followed up said it looked like the alternator was failing. Engines Express checked out both situations and found no problem.
