I also inquired about issues my previous mechanic said were on the horizon but said they do a complete inspection before all services and saw no evidence of any need for the work my previous mechanic said should be addressed. I feel confident in Encore and will continue to have my van service there.

Comment : I had my starter die when I was hours from home, and not only were they able to fix it same day, they are incredibly friendly, and it was very inexpensive.I don't know, if you're reading reviews and wondering...just look at how many reviews there are and all the positive ones. That's what I did, and this shop still went beyond my expectations. They are the real deal.I would recommend them strongly if you need your car worked on. Seriously they saved me, and I'm so grateful I decided to visit this shop.
