Comment : Thorough. Professional. Competitively priced. Quick. I also inquired about issues my previous mechanic said were on the horizon but said they do a complete inspection before all services and saw no evidence of any need for the work my previous mechanic said should be addressed. I feel confident in Encore and will continue to have my van service there.
