Comment : I've been going to Encinitas Automotive since about 2005! I had a question about my electrical system. Peter was busy but he answered my question in a flash and literally fixed my problem!! Electrical can the worst kind of repair, just finding the problem to start. Peter and Alex are the best, friendliest, and kindest I've ever seen. I'm in my 70's. That means I've been seeing repair shops since the 1960s! I feel like we hit the motherlode when we found these guys. YOU CANNOT GO WRONG WITH THEM!

Comment : Alex is an honest and knowledgeable mechanic. He checked out an odd sound that we thought was a brakes issue on my mom's car. He did the test drive and looked it over and confirmed everything was fine with the brakes and the issue was cracked hub caps. What a relief. And he didn't charge for this analysis. Hard to find such honesty and customer service these days.

Comment : My car broke down on the side of the road and I had to get it towed to this shop. They were very kind to let me park my car there for several days until I could get it figured out. They inspected my car and gave an honest review. Alex was very kind and genuine throughout this whole experience. He gave me great recommendations and tips for looking for a new car. Highly recommend this place.
