Comment : Be-careful - your diagnosis fee does not go towards your bill. I went in wanting to explore an accretion issue and oil leak. I was charge 2 diagnostic fee's = $460. Crazy. Ultimately, quoted me 17k in repairs on a daily running car. Also, quoted me 2k for a fuel pump, found OEM online for $700. Watch out.

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : I would like say thank to Kris, who helped diagnose my issue with my car. He let me know everything that was going with my battery and why it may be failing. Also, included Kris let me know that my air filter needed replacing. GREAT SERVICE!! I was referred by a great customer of mine, Frank.

Comment : Great service and my car looks phenomenal. They did a fantastic job. The service adviser I had was Mike and he was really nice, kept me in the loop through the whole process until it was ready. I dropped my rental car off and they took care of that for me. Overall, good experience.
