Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : El's Auto Body Shop is amazing! The owner is very nice and great at communicating everything about the services he does to my car. All the guys working there are amazing and they always do an awesome job. I would highly recommend El's to anyone and everyone!

Comment : I took my truck in for an estimate. El said maybe 2 days to make out the estimate. I was quoted around $350-$450 for the work I asked them to do which was just to do an estimate. One week later...$898...which could have been more with storage fees? ???????????? I'm pretty good at math. So, I know $450 is NOT equal to $898. Nice guy and all that, but, definitely needs to work on his math.

Comment : recommend me to their mechanic who ended up scamming me for $500 and ran off with my engine head. they recommended someone who didn't even work at the shop. decided i wasn't going to blame the shop since we both got scammed. but when i said if i could make a police report with them they said to just file it by myself like as if they didn't play a part of me being scammed . Quality work but i would recommend paying after the job is done.

Comment : Excellent auto body repair shop in Liliha area. El was very kind and inspected my car thoroughly. He said it would probably be much more than the $600+ that the insurance company gave me, but they would handle the negotiations for us.Sure enough, the final bill topped $4,000! A tree branch fell on our car while we were driving on the Pali Highway. The damage was mostly to the hood and it broke one of the headlight covers. Although it took 3 weeks to finally get our car back, it was well worth it. Much of the delay was in getting replacement parts.The final job was done in an excellent manner. You can't tell the hood was repaired and repainted at all.El and his staff are very courteous and I only have good things to say about their service.If you're looking for an auto body place near Honolulu, check out El's!

Comment : They are fantastic. I have had to take my cars to various shops in the past and El's has been by far the best ever. He was very accommodating getting the car done by the time we needed it but, beyond that, I was amazed by the meticulous attention to detail in their work. The quality of their work is outstanding.
