Comment : Jim is so knowledgeable, friendly and a great manager. He always seems to know what all the guys in the back are doing and can explain everything so that the common person can understand. Kiley just cant seem to get it. Needed one tire checked because it appeared low (bought from you) and he left me hanging outside in the car for over half an hour. I called in again and he told me he forgot!! Thats not good customer service. He doesnt appear to know much.

Comment : I do. I asked for something to be checked and it wasnt.Also, it was suggested to put in a fuel additive but didnt tell me the cost upfront and I could have done it myself. I found that 20 to pour a can into my tank was outrageous.

Comment : Got a faulty oil filter put in with my oil change and the next day had leaks. Called and Ellis got me right in and changed out the bad filter. Car is great now! No leaks! Thanks!!
