Comment : I've been going to Elite automotive for the three year we've lived here, for regular maintenance and repairs. All the work has been done promptly and at pricing similar to our friend who performed our services when we lived elsewhere.I've had several conversations about prospective work with Dave (owner?, Dad?) and with Sue at the desk (daughter?). Both are very informative and answer questions fully. Comment : We have brought our vehicles to Elite for years and will continue to do so as long as they are here. They are as honest as can be and do quality work at a fair price. Comment : I have a 2013 prius, the head gasket went and I needed a new engine. Most mechanics won't touch my plug in hybrid, elite pouted a fair price, replaced the engine and my baby is running like new. All around best experience I've had with a car repair ever. Thanks elite.

Comment : 2024 update: Well. This sucks to have to post. After multiple attempts at trying to solve this matter privately, I feel I should share the good and the bad equally. I brought my vehicle in with a backup camera and parking sensor that werent working and asked for 1 hour of diagnosis to see what I was looking at as far as $$$ goes. When I received my vehicle back from Elite, I paid my bill and weighed my options as the repair would be costly. After a week or so, my husband noticed that the hitch cover was missing on my bumper. After a few phone calls and questions it was pretty clear that elite had absolutely no intention of making it right. They told me that my bumper was not removed and they would check for the piece around the shop. Given the scope of work and the fasteners and a 12 inch by 15 inch piece of plastic being entirely missing.... I'm convinced it was probably just thrown out a day or two later because it didn't go on a vehicle that was in their lot. After another futile attempt to remedy the situation over the phone, I did my own research and found that the only way to remove this piece is by removing two fasteners. My vehicle isn't old and there's no way both fasteners would have come out on their own. I bit the bullet and ordered the replacement to repair the camera, sensor, and hitch cover myself. I'm sorry to say, the dishonesty and avoidance over a $40 part has lost them a loyal customer as well as multiple referrals. Past review: I Just moved to the area and I have to say I'm extremely happy with the work they've done on my Jeep! They looked over my whole vehicle and only recommended the things that it actually needed, no pressure to sell me on the fixes either since they weren't urgent! Since I wanted to get those non urgent things fixed, im also happy to say that they got me in and out quickly. No crazy long wait times for parts or an appointment. If you're looking for a good mechanic with friendly staff and fair prices I would highly recommend this shop.

Comment : Elite automotive has kept my geriatric Toyota Scion road worthy. They are honest and have been there for me many times when this or that has gone wrong. I appreciate all they have done for me. I completely trust them and definitely recommend them! Great people!
