Comment : Always have been able to rely on the help of the Elite family. The mechanics, front end workers and the master ASE certified owner have been on top of my repairs and requests. Feels like I hope my "Sams" automotive felt during Sam & mine time. Thank you for carrying a tradition of excellence in small automotive garages that dealerships can't match.

Comment : My car doesn't need to be tested and driven for several miles before only a regular maintance, even I was not informed for this driving and test. Second, I want to be together with my car not for the reason I am not assured with professionalism of the technicians, But because I want to see how darkness is the drained engine oil so next time, I will adjust the mileage for the next maintance. I was dispelled from the workshop by Mr. Dave.

Comment : Very happy with the overall experience, even though there was a hiccup. Came in for an oil change, ended up needing a new oil pan as the old one had its threads stripped. New pan installed, but ended up having a small hole and leaking oil. Got that resolved and a refund as well. Rear brakes done are working as expected. Things happen, but everything worked out in the end. Thanks!
