Comment : My CarMax extended warranty plan recommended this shop, so I brought my vehicle in for an early bird appointment at 8:00 AM due to suspension concerns. I was charged a $150 diagnostic fee, but ultimately chose not to proceed with the recommended repair since the dealership had already addressed the issue a few months ago. During the diagnostic, the shop also recommended an oil change and tire repair, which I agreed to.

However, I’m extremely dissatisfied with the service timeline. Despite agreeing only to minor maintenance, my vehicle was kept overnight. I attempted to call for an update around 4:30 PM, but my calls went unanswered twice. For such basic services, the delay was a major inconvenience and reflects poor communication and follow-through on the shop’s part.

Comment : Raul was extremely nice and respectful. They did a great cleaning up my mess of job wiring up my aftermarket headlights.I will take my 2005 Nissan Xterra back to have them anytime I need some maintenance done.I highly recommend them.Raul was extremely nice and respectful.
