Comment : I came to Elite Auto Solution after my car had been at a dealership for over a month for a second opinion. They coordinated towing my car from the dealership for me. They diagnosed my vehicle correctly, did the repairs, and got me my vehicle back within 2 days. The dealership gave me the wrong diagnosis and this saved me $5000 that the dealership was going to charge me for a part that I didn't need. I will be taking my car back here anytime I have issues in the future. Comment : I visited this shop after experiencing a tire blowout, as they were recommended by AAA. To my disappointment, they charged a visual diagnostic fee rather than a comprehensive diagnostic fee that covers all codes and potential issues. Furthermore, they quoted me an exorbitant price for a tire and TPMS sensor that could be found at Discount Tire for much less.I m giving this shop two stars because the front desk staff were courteous, but their business practices are quite frustrating. There should only be one diagnostic fee; it doesn t make sense to have both an $80 fee and a $150 fee that cover different services.Additionally, when I asked for similarly-priced tires (around $100) to match the ones on my vehicle, the options they provided ranged from $200 to nearly $300. This is particularly unreasonable for a regular sedan, not a sports car.I plan to contact AAA to share my experience.
