Comment : I booked an appointment online from their website and dropped off a car for pre purchase inspection, it took around 1.5 hours to complete. The report was detailed and through, they explained to me the condition of the car and also ran a carfax which was a good surprise for me.
I received a printed copy of the PPI report and a link via message where I could see the same details but could take screenshot of the pictures.
Would not hesitate to visit again for PPI or other maintenance work.
If you take an appointment online, that is the time you drop off your car and not necessarily when they will start working on your car.

Comment : Went here a while back and was not impressed. The receptionist was very condescending and made me feel stupid for using basic language. I was there because my engine was overheating and I was out of town. I had already suspected it was a coolant leak and asked if I could just get a jug of tap water to cool it down temporarily so I could get home, but they said they couldn't do that and gave me some bull crap about "liability". Sure, whatever. They then said I needed to pay over $200 just to diagnose the issue. I told them it was likely a leak, but they said they still needed to do the whole diagnostic process and that it would count towards the repair. I was already annoyed, but I decided to pay it so I could get it fixed already. They then called the next day confirming a coolant leak from the radiator and quoted me $3,000 to get it replaced. I could not believe my ears. I told them I would not be paying that and to leave my car out so I could get it towed to my house.

This place is a total rip off. The ONLY thing good about this place is that they offered a courtesy Lyft ride to where I needed to go. EVERYTHING else about it was horrible. I do NOT recommend.

Comment : Had three things go out at the same time. I had these guys do some of the work and did most of it on my own. When I couldn't diagnose the last vibration one of the guys went on a test drive with me and was spot on with his diagnosis. Great knowledge, great workers, great warranties.
