Comment : Jeff was great! Got stuck in the plowed snow downtown after it being parked in the big storm. Car was missing the tow hook he would?ve traditionally used but he managed to finesse it out another way cleanly. Super helpful and a nice guy. Definitely recommend Elite Auto Services if you need roadside help.

Comment : Are your drivers in the normal habit of doing 80 to pass someone then turning Thier bright ass back lights on to blind them nice bent license plate so you can't be reported though

Comment : The guy who towed my daughters car was kind and went the extra mile. He called and asked a bunch of questions ahead of time and told us he would be there in 15 minutes and was there in less time than he told us. Then he even checked the car to see if he could get it started or diagnose it before he towed it. It was midnight and he had been working for hours and would still be working for hours longer and he showed up with a smile on his face and ready to do his job above and beyond what he was paid to do. I would be glad if elite was always the one AAA used and I never had to use another towing company again.
