Comment : February of 2025 my ball joint broke and left me stranded. I called triple A and they sent out elite. The first drive brought the wrong block and ended up causing more damage to my car. They sent out a second truck, he took a report and they took my car and fixed it for free, Set up a rental for me after 4 days and I was super greatful. I got my car back and 2 months later the ball joint they fixed snapped again! The part didnt look new at all. I was stranded again and couldnt get ahold of them, another company towed it to my house and I got ahold of Elite a day later. They sent out a driver to get the car so they could fix it as it was under warranty. The driver that showed up hit someones mirror and left it, they dented my front bumper and had no clue what he was doing. They set me up with a rental once again. I was thankful for that but upset about the part being bad. Fast forward to November 2025 the ball joint broke again!! This time I had someone else fix it! I called elite and talked to the supervisor, luther, who informed me that they would only credit the part that broke if I returned it. I asked for his supervisors information and its been 2 days with no response! I found the owners email, also got no response. Im out over $500 and was put in danger twice by the same company. I wouldn't ever allow them to work on my car again!

Comment : We were traveling Thanksgiving weekend from Michigan to West Virginia and got a flat tire. Shane stopped and helped us. He put our spare on in less than 5 minutes and told us where to go from there. Great service and very kind!

Comment : Great service from AAA, and John Perry at Elite Auto Services!! John arrived in only 45 minutes to assist with my van that clearly had a battery issue. He was able to diagnose and remedy the issue very conveniently with a new battery on board to replace my 5-year old battery. John is a real pro, and I really appreciated his professionalism and care to get me going again. 👍🏻
