Comment : I had the best experience with Elite! I called them and explained I was trying to go to my nephew's first ever football game and my car was dead, nose-first in my garage. They dispatched C. Carl (I am so sorry, but I forgot your first name) and she arrived within 15 minutes. She was a breath of fresh air and was full of helpful information about my vehicle. She was also able to determine the battery was toast and replaced it right there on the spot with a brand new one that comes with a 3-year warranty through Elite! She was also able to reassure me that my alternator was throwing good numbers & codes! Everything was handled, and I was on my merry way within about an hour's time. What a pleasant technician and an overall wonderful experience. I made it to see half of my nephew's game, and it was amazing. I am so thankful! And the pricing was absolutely amazing for a house call! Under $250 to diagnose and replace my battery in my own garage in less than an hour? Yes, please! Thank you, Elite!!
