The repairs ended up taking longer than originally expected but we were informed of every step and they worked directly with insurance which was extremely helpful. Everyone we spoke with in the office was kind and knowledgeable as well. Based on this experience, we will recommend Elite to our family and friends.

Comment : Adam with Elite auto was awesome! Car had a blow out at 1am on 70 near west Jefferson. My lugs were swollen and I couldn't get the wrench on them. Adam got to me fast and got the donut on and filled it with air for me. He was fast and very nice! Thanks again Adam!

Comment : My car was towed by Elite, the driver was not only prompt but quite earlier than estimated (like 15 minutes wait). Also the driver went above and beyond, I’m disabled and he practically lifted me into the can of the tow truck, all with a e and upbeat attitude. I was stressed about my car and he made my day much brighter. I only wish I got his name so I could give him a shout out, this was on Grandview Ave in Columbus today. Thank you so much my auto angel!
