Comment : I took my 2016 VW Tiguan to elite auto care and was so grateful for their assistance. I had taken my car to my dealership and was diagnosed with a stretched timing chain and quoted $10,000 for the repair. I was at a loss, determined I was out of luck and was sure I would need to just buy a new car when I found Elite Auto Care. After sharing the information on my diagnosis to Josh at Elite Auto he informed me he could help me for a quarter of the original quoted price. I few weeks after dropping my car off it was ready and drove like nothing had ever happened. It has been a few months since I received my repaired vehicle and have had no issues! Comment : Jaime and Josh were so helpful getting my truck back on the road. The front end on my Dodge Ram 3500 was so worn out that I was riding on the bump stops. During disassembly, Jaime texted me short videos so I could see how bad certain items were. This made it quick and easy for me to reply with a text to approve the much needed repairs. Now I can drive this HD truck with peace of mind knowing me, my wife and dog are safe on trips out of town down those 2 lane highways. Comment : I started going to this shop since 2019 the Audi dealership would give us the run around on prices and work. I take my cars there because of the quality of work these guys do. I've gotten to know Jaime and Josh real well . I even brought them some breaks to put on my GMC 2007 truck and yes like most other people do ask if it would be warranty on the work. I was told no only because I didn't buy the parts through them which makes sense . They only use original parts from your car that it comes from the dealership and the parts and work is guaranteed I've not been to a dealership since I've came here . They are not your typical auto shop that will tell you need parts when you really don't just to make a quick buck. They only sell you what your car needs . I've got a 23 Santa Fe and that only goes to the dealer for the oil changes that came with the purchase of the car but for everything else it goes to elite auto care . I won't take any of my vehicles anywhere else. This is a good and honest auto shop that takes pride in their work and keeping there customers happy. I've been doing business with them now for the last 7 years and like Josh says they are AAA certified and that's a good sign as well .

Comment : I had my car towed to Elite Auto. They completed a full safety check and advised me regarding repairs need. Did not release vehicle until all repairs completed. Kept me informed regarding repairs.
