Comment : Jaime and Josh were so helpful getting my truck back on the road. The front end on my Dodge Ram 3500 was so worn out that I was riding on the bump stops. During disassembly, Jaime texted me short videos so I could see how bad certain items were. This made it quick and easy for me to reply with a text to approve the much needed repairs. Now I can drive this HD truck with peace of mind knowing me, my wife and dog are safe on trips out of town down those 2 lane highways. Comment : I took my 2016 VW Tiguan to elite auto care and was so grateful for their assistance. I had taken my car to my dealership and was diagnosed with a stretched timing chain and quoted $10,000 for the repair. I was at a loss, determined I was out of luck and was sure I would need to just buy a new car when I found Elite Auto Care. After sharing the information on my diagnosis to Josh at Elite Auto he informed me he could help me for a quarter of the original quoted price. Comment : My Audi A6 needed Rotors, Brake Pads and Brake Sensors, so I called Elite Auto Care to get a quote. I spoke with Josh and he was extremely professional and very detailed about cost and the products they offered. He gave me 2 options to choose from and he explained the difference in each one. His customer service skills are above and beyond the norm because he ensures the customer knows exactly what they are getting. When I arrived on Saturday morning to Elite Auto Care, I was greeted with the same great customer service attitude by Jaime. He already had been informed by Josh what my car needed. Comment : I paid more than $5,000 and wasted about 4 months for my 2015 Volkswagen Golf R to still not work. I took in my 2015 Golf R last summer because it needed new rods and pistons and new head. I asked for a warranty and the owner John would just beat around the bush saying they don t really do warranties. That was the first red flag and should ve looked elsewhere. They got new pistons and rods and head for it , so the car starts up and runs, but the car is still throwing misfire codes and timing chain codes and the check engine light. It leaks a small amount of oil when I drive due to the timing codes. If you re looking for another typical lying mechanic these are your guys. Some of the mechanics even talking smack under their breathe because me, a paying customer, with MY car wanted to know why MY car is throwing codes it never had. All of this could ve been avoided if he was honest and upfront but no, here I am $5,000 short with a car that still doesn t run properly.

Comment : Great mechanic! Went to another mechanic for a problem and they told me they couldn't help me because they couldn't figure out what was wrong, this place was able to help me out. My car is running without clinking/clanking sounds and now I know that it was coming from my axles.
