Comment : I cannot say enough good things about Electron Automotive. I have had numerous problems with my 2017 Kia Niro and every time I took my car there, I have not been disappointed but on the contrary felt huge relief about the cost and solution they offered. The latest was how their meticulous notes on the diagnostics helped me win the battle with Kia dealer who was refusing to acknowledge the current problem to be related to safety recall. Christian and Cesar and their master technician s feedbacks to me were invaluable tools for me to get back to Kia dealership and their Customer Care.
