My 15$ code reader gave me a pretty good idea of the thing that was cause my issue and 3000$ and a week and a half later they found the sensor i suspected all along. Said they couldn't have known without other repairs, but wanted 1300 more to fix. Then how did I know before I even brought it in. However, she couldn't give me any kind of estimate for the price of a "diagnostics" (nor did she even try) & when I explained that I couldn't just bring my car in without having any idea of what the initial diagnosis may cost she simply hung up the phone on me. I was stunned by her rude attitude & callous way of doing business. I'm a senior citizen on a budget & I prefer to have at least a ball park figure in mind before I make a large purchase of any kind.
