Comment : I went there on October 7 with my 2012 Toyota Sienna to fix the brake and ABS light issues. The brakes were okay, and they fixed the ABS light at no cost. Eich Brothers are very honest and nice. Thank you.

Comment : I had two warning sensors that activated within days of each other. My 2011 Prius has been serviced by Eich Brothers in the past and so of course I called them for service. They took care of both issues and when another sensor showed up days later they were able to diagnose one of the parts as being defective.They replaced the defective part and sent me on my way! I have used this shop for several years and feel they have been fair and kind.

Comment : I recently brought in my grandpas old truck for a diagnostic. It was misfiring on 3 cylinders.

They told me before hand that they would charge $180 for the diagnostic fee. I accepted the charge because I was running out of ideas after the engine had been replaced recently.

I received a call the next day, stating they were fairly sure it was a valve related issue and that it would be pricey to continue with diagnostics. They recommend that I contact the engine manufacturer and warranty it out.

After all of this, it was discovered that the intake manifold gaskets were bad, causing the spark plug wells to flood with coolant causing the misfires. The first step to diagnosing the issue was pulling the boot from the plug wells and just taking a look. 5 minute job at most. Yet they told me it was a mechanical issue and I was basically SOL.

I had no problem paying the diagnostic fee because of my own ignorance, but to find out that they didn't even check the spark plugs for a misfiring issue has made me rethink ever using them again. That was $190 after tax that I really didn't have, for a diagnosis that I didn't receive let alone information stating it was a major issue that I couldn't afford.
