Comment : I had a fantastic experience at Edwards Chevrolet 280! This was our first new car purchase and Matt Lamb helped to make it an enjoyable experience. He genuinely cares about you and wants you to be satisfied.
What I appreciated most was the no-pressure environment.

Comment : Completed a deal today with Nathan Cook. He was very upfront, laid back, knowledgeable, and created an easy environment. We have bought several vehicles from dealerships and this was by far our best experience. Matt in finance was very helpful and worked well with us on what we needed to make the deal work. I WILL be back to Edwards Chevrolet 280 for another deal and I hope these gentlemen are still there!!! Thank you for all of you help.

Comment : Our vehicle was brought in due to a parking brake code, and the issue was fixed properly. The gentleman who assisted us was very informative, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly ? we truly appreciated that level of service.

The only concern I have was during checkout. There were two other service employees sitting at their desks while we were waiting in line for the gentleman who had our paperwork and keys. He was clearly busy with other clients. When we approached another employee for assistance, we were told we had to wait for him because he had our paperwork and keys.

It would have been helpful if another team member could have retrieved the paperwork and keys and assisted us, rather than having us wait an additional 20 minutes. While the repair service itself was great, the checkout experience felt inefficient and could definitely be improved.
