Comment : This morning was my first and last time to ever visit this dealership. My visit was for vehicle service.

I had made a service appointment online, which, as with most dealerships, turned out to be absolutely pointless and produced unnecessary confusion. It would have been better to just show up.

Service intake was confusing and inefficient, and included some generally unwelcoming and unpleasant interactions with the first service advisor. I was handed off to a second service advisor, Randy, who was excellent, which I appreciated.

The waiting area was uninspired and uncomfortable, which is typical of most dealerships, but at least it was peaceful. No TVs blaring, thankfully. But then the dealership decided to start loudly playing music, and of all the possibilities, they opted for a fundamentalist Christian radio station. It's their business, and they can play what they want, but good grief how sanctimoniously inconsiderate. Luckily I had remembered my noise-cancelling earphones.

After about two hours, Randy came to the waiting area with his phone and connected me with my mechanic, who wanted additional information because he was unable to replicate an issue I had mentioned. I appreciated being able to speak directly with the mechanic, which is unusual.

Randy's checkout was excellent. He enumerated everything that was done to the vehicle. He checked with me to see if I had any questions. He directed me to my vehicle's location.

Rating: 2/5, will never return, but my service advisor Randy was fantastic
