Comment : I was hoping that I found a good mechanic, a place at Eddie's where I can take my car when ever it's having issues and what not. They fumbled the ball, I will not go to this shop anymore. First of all their more expensive than the mechanics in that area. I'm thinking if they charge more than they should have the best mechanics, they should be professional, but that wasn't the case.. Honestly what did it for me was the customer service. For me customer service is everything!! especially when u got my car cause fixing cars is not cheap!! I took my car on a Tuesday morning to get fixed and didn't get it back until Friday afternoon... If u have someones car that long u need to communicate with that person.. everyday I had to call them asking whats going on? I needed a water pump, it took them 2 days of having my car to figure out they ordered the wrong pump and another day to fix it. thats not good business. My car should had been priority, being that they kept it over night... 3 days later I picked the car up, the guy didn't even apologize for having it so long.. no apology for the inconvience they caused.. Nothing.. I won't be going here anymore, they expensive with bad customer serviceI was hoping that I found a good mechanic, a place at Eddie's where I can take my car when ever it's having issues and what not. Comment : I???ve been to Eddie???s mechanics twice had my jeep fixed. Everything went well. I had my son???s card taken in there and they tried to take advantage of my younger son and me. They charge us for service we didn???t request and then left my car in operable and in their lot, I would stay far away from this place they are Scandalous And will take your money and take advantage of you SEE YOU IN COURTI???ve been to Eddie???s mechanics twice had my jeep fixed.
