Comment : Our son unfortunately had mechanical issues on our 2009 Yukon XL while enroute to Phoenix, Az from San Jose, CA. He arrived at 5pm (closing time) Monday night. They stayed after close to get necessary information so that they could inspect vehicle first thing in the morning. Jim kept me informed and up to date. I, also, could tell that they were treating our vehicle with priority status to get our son back enroute ASAP! They were mindful of our budget and kept cost as low as possible while also getting our son mobile again. They also called him a couple hours after leaving the shop to check on the vehicles performance. Which I felt was above and beyond. I HIGHLY recommend Eddie's Auto Care 2.

Comment : We live in Big Bear Lake and had our 2023 Subaru Crosstrek towed down to Eddie's AC2 for warranty work. Working with Jim (Service Manager) was a joy! He kept me updated and gave me his honest feedback that I should take to dealership for repair as not to hamper the original warranty. I would highly recommend this shop!
