Comment : I had an appointment to get my bed liner put in. After waiting for a little while they came out and told me they don't have the bed liner. Now I have to make another 70 mi round trip when they get it to have it put in.

He had the ford escape ready and waiting and then went through the functions of the car with us before we ever even left for the test drive.
