Comment : If you want a reliable vehicle steer clear. We were in a hurry to get another vehicle so our kids could take my current vehicle for work. Ended up with more stress and problems. Sold a vehicle that sounds like it wants to fall apart on any type of uneven road or bumps. Oil leak that I asked them to check why I smelled burning when we took it there the FIRST time for a look over. Check engine light and large eval leak. Has a hard time shifting half the time. A huge pile of crap. We addressed this and only thing they said at the first repair visit is the one control arm was bad. They replaced and said they seen nothing else wrong ....right ... They didn't notice a bad control arm when they sold us the car and it definitely didn't fall apart within a 24 hour period. The burning smell we smelled not even 24 hours after wards which is definitely an oil leak. Went back again and they seen nothing wrong except oh wait maybe a right strut. Yep. Ok. Still sounds darn neat the same. And hit the thruway and watch the sucker shake. Check engine light within a month of buying it. Never in my life. Smfh. Wheel bearings were told not bad either. Very very awful no knowledgeable service department. Oh and pretty sure we were lied about it being in an accident before because the front left headlight is marked with a black x.If you value your money and stress level find another place.If you want a reliable vehicle steer clear. Comment : This was an amazing purchase. We met the nicest and most caring and understanding, knowledgeable, and helpful salesperson, Lindsey Saucier from Ed Schults Ford in Jamestown NY. We stopped to look at a Ford Maverick and she spend a lot of time helping us decide what we need. In the time shortly after, my wife had surgery, Lindsey called me and we looked at a 2022 Maverick that was on the lot thru the website. Wow it was perfect for us. However due to my wifes surgery we could not go 55 miles to look at it. Lindsey brought the truck to us!!!! She recommended I drive it and try it out. It was great . We talked and made the deal here at our home. The next day all the paperwork was ready and yes, she delivered it to us in Olean, and took my trade in back with her. She is a Diamond .
