Comment : I’ve been coming here on and off for a year now after a really bad experience with another company. I really like coming here because they work with me and make me feel confident that I knew exactly what is wrong with my vehicle and what could be done to fix it. I had a bad experience with an employee and the manager Marc contacted me asking how he could make it right. They worked with me and helped me pass my safety and emissions with the least headache possible. Everyone was so nice and helpful and they went above and beyond making sure that I knew exactly what was going on at each step. I’m so thankful to Economy for finding what was setting my dashboard lights off and fixing it. (A faulty sensor) Thank you Marc, Gary, Steve and everyone else at Economy!

Comment : We have been utilizing Economy Car Care for a while now in getting emmissions and safety inspections on our vehicles. I am very impressed with the staff and services they provide. They make it a very easy process to get scheduled in and they are quick yet efficiant at what they do.

Comment : I’ve been coming here on and off for a year now after a really bad experience with another company. At first I really liked coming here because they worked with me and made me feel confident that I knew exactly what was wrong with my vehicle and what could be done to fix it. However, I had a really bad experience this last Friday with their employee John that makes me wonder if I even want to come back. I brought the car in for a safety and emissions test. John explained they were busy and that the car wouldn’t be ready until around two. Okay, that was fine. They did the test and failed me on my side mirror which had been hit. (It was cracked on the outside but could still be seen through clearly) John said he “called around” and it was recalled so it was impossible to get. Okay… You mean that there’s only one side mirror type available for a Toyota Sienna? then he said that I failed on omissions because my dashboard lights were on but he couldn’t check exactly what was wrong because he was “too busy”. His advice: take it to someone else so they could check out why the lights were on. Basically, he took ten minutes to fail me without offering any solutions on what to do to pass. I got charged $36 dollars for basically nothing. I feel entirely ripped off.
