Comment : Very upset with my service a few weeks ago. A short repair man who called himself Gus was extremely rude and violent. He began cursing and screaming at my car, I had my children with me, and we've all dealt with violent abusers, they were terrified and so was I. This is completely inexcusable. The way he spoke to his boss on the phone was also disgusting. I run a business and if I had an employee like that, they would be fired. It was a horrifying experience and my children wouldn't talk for hours after, 2 are autistic, and the other has dealt with PTSD from her biological father, if you can't do your job without scaring children, then find a new job.

Comment : Great work and customer service! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Lynn, Zach, and another gentleman are true professionals. Replaced my alternator and a belt and suggested other areas that may need to be addressed in the future. I was on a road trip from Arkansas to Colorado. They did the diagnosis and repairs in a timely manner at a reasonable cost. They saved the day! I highly recommend EC Auto Repair to anyone looking for high quality auto service and top-notch customer service.
