Comment : I was stranded in Oklahoma, and the only place that showed up for repairing toyotas was EC auto repair. Their work wa excellent and they were more expensive than a dealership and twice as much as I would have paid for the same work at most mechanic shops according to a google search.

Comment : It was fast and very professional. They explained the issue with my AC to me in detail and then fixed it. The whole process took about an hour while I enjoyed a cup of coffee in the waiting room.

Comment : My appointment took a little longer but they offered me a vehicle car several times. I was in no hurry and prepared to wait anyway with what I was having done. They took care of a couple of emergencies to get travelers back on road and I was okay with that. I am a new customer as this was my 2nd visit and I love the way they take care of my car!!!! They treat you with respect and help you save any way possible. I love the B&G products they use and will continue to use them for both of my vehicles!!!!!!??

Comment : If I could give this business more stars, I would! I was driving from Arizona to Pennsylvania on a move on 8/20/26, when I ran over a truck tire in the morning on the interstate by Elk City and it shredded the protective lining underneath my car. I called as soon as they opened and Chris said to come on in and we'll take a look right away. From the moment I arrived to when I left, I was treated like how a customer should be. EVERYONE (even my 2 cats) I interacted with treated me with professionalism, respect, and with care. They showed me and explained to me everything and made sure I understood. What was a major inconvenience for me, they made everything better. True customer service and value. In fact probably the best I have ever received for service of any kind. Thank you to EC Auto Repair for helping me on my journey across the United States. I will always brag about how wonderful this business is!
