Comment : I recently took my Ford Mustang to Eby's Garage in Boonsboro, Maryland for a tire rotation, and tire alignment. It was my first time there, and boy am I glad I went!
The customer service I received before I even brought my car there is second to none.
Once there, they were professional, and knowledgeable about my vehicle getting the work I needed done quickly, and efficiently.
Eby's Garage isn't one of those places that try to make money off of naive women that know nothing about vehicles. I know this, because I asked if I needed my tires balanced in addition to the other work I was getting done. They were honest, and not interested in ripping me off. The employee, Jeremy, let me know that balancing the tires wasn't necessary for my car at that time.
My car rides very smoothly now, and the front end is aligned better than it ever has been.
I will definitely be a return customer, and I recommend Eby's Garage in Boonsboro to everyone! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Comment : Had my mini towed here from AAA's recommendations after it started flashing a CEL and misfiring on the highway. I was charged $200 for diagnostics (a simple compression test) that the only repair they could come up with was a brand new engine. Had it towed to my mini specialist in Waynesboro PA and he said the valves were just coked up and it'll be back on the road after some walnut blasting. If you don't know how to work on mini Cooper's, just say that, don't charge your customers $200 first.

People don’t mind paying for top tier services and quality work. They pre approve all work before starting, keep you updated and recommended the best options for the job. Best prices in Washington county. In and out in one day ( actually 1/2 day ). I have been using them for 20 years now. Better than going to any dealer. I highly recommend them if you care about what you drive.

Comment : I had my Dodge Journey serviced here and spoke with Jeremy. He got me an appt pretty quickly. He kept me updated on all the repairs I needed and my vehicle was repaired the same day!!!
