Comment : Employee said they found the same situation that caused a recall on other trucks where the back window would slide and defrost would catch fire and cause the window to explode and they can not do anything about it because the warranty expired.
But If i want my window and part fixed so it does not happen again, it will cost me 2,200.00
and I still paid 158 for the diagnostic. It sure would be nice if GMC would honor that recall on my truck.

Comment : May 2024 I was in a car accident. Now over a year later Bennett’s still has not completed all repairs. Parts for my car is no longer being made, so I understand they are having a difficult time getting them. I found a part on my own and I have been trying for weeks now to get in touch with them to put the part on. No one will answer me back. My insurance company paid for the parts and to have them installed. So you would think they could install the part I found for them.
I have fought with them the whole time to get updates when my car was in the collision center for 5 months. Communication with them is nonexistent. Luckily I have saved all my correspondence with them.
I would not recommend Bennett’s for service.

Comment : I have bought vehicles at this location for over 20 years. This week I was looking to sell a vehicle in the middle of a very stressful time, and the kindness and helpfulness of the staff was outstanding. Collin Wathen literally jumped up to help me out the two times I had to return. I was absolutely blown away by his customer service. Due to some issues I ended up there later in the evening to deliver the car and Collin offered to have me driven home. I said I could uber and he said nope they’d handle it. Wow. This maybe seemingly small thing was such a huge relief to me. Shout outs also to Jonathan and Carlos who both were instrumental in getting this deal done. I was a customer of Ebersole but I’m definitely never going anywhere other than Bennett for my future car needs. I felt so taken care of. Thank you all.

Comment : Was trying to buy a truck from Joe . He hung up on me intentionally . Could not give me the info I wanted and then I had another one of there sales staff tell me a to look at a truck on there lot that had just come off the lease . I wasted my time because when I called back next day to get a price was told it is not for sale ... Got a royal run around and will never go back

Comment : I can’t thank Bob and technician Matt enough for helping me. I was 3 hours into a 10-hour trip when my 2022 Sierra suddenly started driving poorly and threw multiple dash lights. At 3pm on a Thursday, I Googled the closest dealer and just prayed I’d make it there.

From the moment I arrived, Bob showed such kindness and understanding, and Matt jumped right in to diagnose the issue. Within an hour, they had me back on the road — something I never thought possible that day.

Thanks to them, I was able to finish my trip without further issues. THANK YOU guys again — you truly saved the day!
