Comment : I have been bringing my 2008 Hummer H-3 to Bennet GMC starting around 2012. The service department has always done a phenomenal job serving and my Hummer, from a simple oil change to steering column, brakes, radiator, flooding passenger side floor from my sunroof drains to most recently its second transmission. Every time I got it back it was running great any questions or concerns were immediately answered and addressed to my satisfaction. My most recent experience started 2/3/25, my transmission was acting up, I had the Hummer towed to Bennett GMC service in Lebanon the evening of 2/3/25 for a morning appointment on 2/5/25. The afternoon of 2/4/25 I received a phone call from Bob Tilp the service manager informing me a vendor truck had backed into my Hummer causing around 4K in damages. This entire event that is still ongoing has been a stressful situation for me, but from the time of the accident through the entire time my vehicle was on Bennett lot Bob Tilp took complete charge to keep me informed of everything that was happening, Bob and his team made sure my vehicle was available for insurance adjuster s coordinating with them and at the same time having his team diagnose and in this case replace the transmission, that he had to find since they don t make them anymore, he was also the final person to drive my vehicle to insure a quality repair. He also worked with the tow company to arrange pickup to bring it to the body shop. Bob was not responsible for what happened but he took responsibility because it happened on his watch at his department, kept me informed every step, answered or returned my phone calls immediately. Bob, in my opinion did not have to do what he did, above and beyond his job description, and his team did as well. He s an example of I have 32 hours of work to get done in 24 hours but I still have time to help you out however I can attitude and that s what the customer will always remember.I have been bringing my 2008 Hummer H-3 to Bennet GMC starting around 2012. From the start of the sale to even 2 weeks from the sale he has been very helpful. I will recommend him to my family and freinds just for his super freindly, and professional help. Comment : Texted the dealership to see if a used car they show on there website was still available...got a response from a person named justin..he said they have the vehicle a 2016 equnox ...i called the daelership no answer.I left a message...a hour later a salesmen called me..and said the vehicle was available it was in the shop for them to clean it and check everything...this was 9am..i told him i couldnt make it there until 6pm..to which he said no problem..he then proceeded to tell me the tech heard a ticking noise in the motor and they would have to check it out..no problem i said ..i then asked him to call me so i didnt waste a trip to dealership...heres the interesting part..he told me depending on the issue if its a major peoblem it would be sent to auction..again i said no problem just call me and let me know either way..2 days later nothing hmmm ... the story he told me about the motor was kinda suspect and i think its called a baitcar to get traffic in the dealership..thats the only thing i could think of.. unless they dont want to sell used vehicle ...as writing this still no call.. just beware they still have it for sale ...........Texted the dealership to see if a used car they show on there website was still available...got a response from a person named justin..he said they have the vehicle a 2016 equnox ...i called the daelership no answer.I left a message...a More

Comment : The service was done on time. The coupon that you sent out helped out. You need to address the parking problem. Cars are all double parked everywhere. Lanes were completely blocked. Very hard to navigate. It doesn't sound like it will be fixed very soon. Not sure if I will be back until it is.

Comment : We didn t actually buy a GMC however, we were looking and we worked with Liz, and she was absolutely amazing! She is very humble and down to earth and not the pushy sales person, that I was dreading before even coming to look. She went above and beyond to answer our questions and even if she didn t know the answer, she did her best to get the answer we were looking for. We are so glad we were able to work with her and figure out our next steps into buying another vehicle. If you are looking for an excellent salesperson, Liz is your girl. You won t be disappointed! Comment : I want to give a 5 * to the salesman and the clerk that helped us sign our papers.but to the service department is a big fat 0. You buy a car used or new and they take it for an oil change and a few days later "oil change required" so u take it in to them and the lady in the service department says, "I'll give Matt your info to call u but I will keep the appointment just in case" so u take it in cause u heard nothing from Matt, and the girl literally says, "sorry Matt isn't here right now, you don't have an appointment" fed up with the run around. All that it needs most likely is a reset.
