Comment : Owen, the best sales guy I think I ever met. This was at the Bennett GMC dealership in Lebanon. Owen is young, but he's a really nice young man. He's got something, I don't know what it is, but maybe it's compassion and understanding, coupled with being a person of faith. One of the finest young men I've met, let alone in a sales position, that I have ever dealt with outside of my family. He and I were able to talk about needs, and they had exactly what I needed (and wanted), anywhere in the area. He made the process so easy. Amy the sales manager was working that day, and she too made this process transparent, easy, and on par with my expectations. I was considering an online purchase somewhere else, but glad I went to the location and had the opportunity to get to know Owen and Amy. They held up their end of the bargain, no surprises or last minute glitches. Had accessories ordered and installed while waiting for a title to come in for my trade-in. They didn't sell it to the next person who came in. Vehicle was prepared, accessories installed, detailing done, and all was ready when they said to be there. Amy made quick work of the paperwork and offered a much better service plan that other dealers offer, an actual GM official warranty, not Ally.

I felt like I was important to them, that my purchase was the most important purchase they had, and the place wasn't overrun with guys in fancy suits and pinky rings. Calm, quiet, and what I had hoped for from a place in Lebanon, PA. Newer building, in a up and coming part of town, but with people who are just nice people. Can't imagine this wasn't some divine intervention that got me here. Felt like I was right at home here.

My advice? Talk to Owen. Explain what you want or need, and let Owen help you. He will be honest and get you what he can, he is what I'd say is a good customer advocate. We all know car dealers can be an energy draining group to deal with. Not here. We were ready to ink the deal in minutes of my arrival since I knew what I wanted and just had to work with me on my trade. And a fair value for my trade was offered.

Please know I don't write many Google reviews, but for an exceptional place like this, I felt like it was the right thing to do.

Comment : THANK YOU BENNET BUICK - For being so kind and taking care of my 87 year old mother who drives a Pontiac Solstice which she brought to your dealership to have the fairing repaired she waited only 30 mins. When she was told not only did they look at it but they also secured the fairing when she asked how much she owed she was told no charge. This Dealership could have easily wrote up a work order for a replacement and charged her hundreds of dollars or charged her a hundred dollars just for the diagnosis but instead they provided services for free. Just recently she was taken advantage by a repair shop near campbell town for $1600 which I only recently found out about it our oldest car was bought at Ebersoles which Bennett bought out they had a great reputation for service and fairness this has been maintained and even taken up a notch. Our newest car was bought at Bennett Hyundi were we got great service also. It says alot about a company who takes care of and goes out of its way to treat their senior customers so well - Because of this I will never buy another vehicle that does not have the name Bennett at the top of the bill of sale - By the way she said the girl at the desk was extremely nice and really knew her stuff about her Solstice

Comment : Not a single staff member seemed enthusiastic that they had a customer looking to purchase a brand new $50K+ truck. Everyone was very dull with the exception of the Finance guy (Diego?) at the end of the sale. Very enthusiastic but extremely pushy and was not interested in anything but me saying, “Yes!” to their warranty. (Of which they would not work on pricing like every other dealership I’ve ever visited.) I took the truck without looking it over after it being detailed as a storm was rolling in and I wanted to get my family on the road. I found large deep scratches in the hood and a large chip out of the edge of the drivers side door. Absolutely pathetic. Unfortunately, it was found two days after I got the truck home and I’m certain they don’t do a thing about it. I would never purchase from Bennett again. Not at all the dealership they’re hyped to be.
