Comment : I???ve had good service but I was double charged last time I went and I???ve been trying to get a refund for months. They didn???t get back to me until I went in and called multiple times, then they finally called saying they would refund me then never responded again. I???ve sent several emails and left several voice messages.

Comment : Had my maintenance needed light go on and was sure that it was simply because of the mileage it had reached - but wanted to double check for good measure. Adam was very helpful and kind when checking in and out. Was not pushed on any upsell items at the time of check out, which was refreshing as I'm a young woman and people tend to try to force these types of items on me. My only reason for not being 5 stars was the quoted time. I was only the inspection would be brief (~45 minutes). I called back after no word from them about 2 hours later and was told there was no update for me. I then called another 1.5 hours later and still the same response. After 5 hours after drop off, my car was ready. I'm fine with this timeline but would've appreciated this to be conveyed upfront.
