Comment : "Nothing out of the car until paid in full"is the cruel, immoral, illegal thing to tell the victims of a car accident. You MAY NOT deprive people of their personal items-- cell phones, wallets, EZ passes, prescription medications just because you want to extort towing and storage fees--you have possession of their vehicle, that is plenty of collateral. Do this at your own risk, Easton Autobody--you may be sued into bankruptcy some day when some old person dies because you are holding their meds hostage. Comment : Man in dispatch was insanely rude right off the bat. At the end of the day I know I had a mishap and that s why my car ended up there but I was never rude not once. He even lied about the price and when trying to clarify he was incredibly short tempered and was visibly upset. He then stormed outside and demanded that we had shorted him $20 after he counted and accepted the money and we walked out of the building and even stood there for 5 whole minutes before he came out and acted crazy. Very disappointed and will never use this company for anything more than i need. Bare minimum service for a team of rude and miserable employees.Man in dispatch was insanely rude right off the bat.
