Comment : Good shop. They took the time to figure out what needed to be done to my vehicle. Rode a wrecker truck to the location with the vehicle and no one Ubers or Lyfts out of Edgewood. One of the employees gave us a ride to Albuquerque so that way we could Uber back to El Rancho. The young man is in the process of buying a house and I was able to explain to him the front loaded interest on a mortgage. They knew to perform a smoke test on the engine first as to not try and repair an engine that had overheated and maybe needed replacing instead.

Comment : Awesome Customer service. Vehicle stopped running on the HWY. Don diagnosed my Dodge Ram 1500 Faster than I thought possible. Part was ordered and installed before noon. Thanks Don and staff. My son and I had a great visit.

Comment : Truck broke down east of Albuquerque New Mexico. Took it to East Mountain Auto & RV Repair. Staff was professional and courteous. Don, service manager very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They took care of needed repairs in a timely manner. I could not have picked a better auto repair shop. I could only pray I find my "new auto mechanic" in our new city as professional and knowledgeable as these folks are!

Comment : East Mountain Auto is the best service location in the East Mountains. Always prompt and timely with their service and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I won't go anywhere else to service my two cars.

Comment : I can't say enough great things about this repair shop!!! We were travelling back to Ontario, Canada on the I-40 and has a spring break on our RV trailer on a Sunday.
We called multiple shops with no answers and finally found Don at East Mountain Auto and RV and he was so kind to fit us in early Monday morning and put all his manpower on our repairs to get us back on the road quickly.
Great service at a very reasonable price and 2 sweet dogs to come and welcome you!
Thanks Don and mechanics for making a bad situation become a good story to tell!!

Comment : Rv blowout in the middle of nowhere NM.Insurance was not helpful, so we got the rig to these guys and it was smooth sailing from there.Honest work, good people, and such a friendly environment. They made a high stress situation and good expirience. Even with my 6 year old running around, it felt like a family helping one another.If i could give them 10 stars i would and highly reccomend their services. Comment : I highly recommend this place! They are absolutely wonderful! We broke down on our way from CA to MO and they got us back on our way. They couldn t have been more helpful and friendly! Extremely honest, because we had a flashing check engine light that had stopped by the time we got there. They checked it out for over an hour and ran a diagnostic and found some codes but they checked the out what the codes were saying and it came back normal. They didn t even charge for that. My place back home they automatically charge $150 just to hook you up to a diagnostic! They made an extremely stressful situation so much easier.I highly recommend this place!
