Comment : Terrible experience. Came in with a check engine light on and they charged $600 to fix it. Their repairs did nothing to fix the main problem. Wanted to charge me again to fix what they didn’t fix the first time around! Also whether you have an appt or not, service is extremely slow!

Comment : They were absolutely wonderful. I have a Ford f250, 2004 truck that had not been running right. They fixed it. The price was reasonable, and they kept me well informed every step of the way. They not only fixed it but had gotten it smog ready. I've taken it to sunrise Ford prior and I was not happy for many reasons,East Highland Tech is now our new mechanic. I've recommended them to my kidsThey were absolutely wonderful. Comment : My wife hit something and had some plastic hanging from undercarriage I brought it here on a whim and was very happy with the service they provided. Fixed my problem with out any charge and that it s self is a rare occurrence nowadays. I will be bringing my other vehicle here for a break change ! Thanks again !

Comment : Deceptive Practices and Poor Service at East Highland Auto TechI recently had the unfortunate experience of bringing my 1969 LTD Ford to East Highland Auto Tech for repairs, and I must say that I am deeply dissatisfied with the service I received. The primary issue I encountered was with the owner, who claimed he would work on my vehicle but proceeded not to do some of the work I asked him to do. This deceptive practice is completely unacceptable and has left me feeling deeply betrayed.Furthermore, the owner purportedly performed a rear main seal replacement on my vehicle, yet the car continues to leak oil. In addition, there are other aspects of the work that he claimed to have completed but clearly did not. This blatant disregard for honesty and competence has resulted in a significant loss of time and money on my part, not to mention the inconvenience and frustration of having to deal with these ongoing issues! I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and honesty displayed by East Highland Auto Tech and its employees. As a customer, I expect to receive quality service and honest communication, both of which have been sorely lacking in my interactions with this establishment.I urge potential customers to exercise caution when considering East Highland Auto Tech for their automotive needs, as my experience has shown that deceptive practices and subpar service are unfortunately prevalent within this company.I strongly advise against entrusting your vehicle to East Highland Auto Tech, as my experience has left me feeling utterly dissatisfied and disappointed with the level of service provided.
