Comment : If I could leave a 0 star review I would. Mind you I am a mechanic I just didn?t want to deal with the issue at hand, I had work. The car I brought in was a 2013 dodge charger enforcer with a V8 hemi, 5.7L. Water pump was leaking and that?s what I asked them to replace, they asked if I wanted to do a pressure test before and after installation and I agreed ( you should do this). In total they gave me an estimate of $1,200. They said the part was 300 ( I got the same part for 150). They said the labor was 700. The rest was tax and the testing. They charged 2X the amount for the part. On top of that the max amount of hours it takes to do a water pump replacement is 4 hours, and that?s if you have no idea what you?re doing. So they were charging me 175 and hour for labor.
I bought the part like I said for 150 , towed it to my job for 55, bought coolant for 60 and did the work in 2.5 hours exactly. You do the math. DO NOT GO HERE THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY.
I will say they were very nice and were very welcoming and made you feel at home. But that?s it.
