Comment : Salesmen don't give complete details of the cars. They try to sell you cars with issues presenting as if they are minor problems when the cars in turn have major issues or recalls. Stay Away!

Comment : Just bought 2024 Durango because I looked at it at night I missed a frayed rug on passenger side. Picking up my 2nd key they wouldn't fix the rug. They had buyer beware line on used cars while I'm paying 45000.00 over 7 years. After buying 5 cars their I thought they treat me better than that and honor their product better for a good customer. Very sad service, I asked for a store manager and no one took my call.

Comment : Horrible experience. I would not recommend Elmwood Auto Group to anyone. I brought my car in for a regular service and while in their shop the battery somehow died and needed to be replaced - which we already replaced less than a year ago. Elmwood again took zero accountability. Go anywhere else!

Comment : I called to make an appointment for the recall. I was not late made a quick appointment a few days later, but given a loaner car for the day.. The repair was done the same day. When I came in the owner of Elmwood was there and asked me if I was happy with the service I received. That impressed me!
