Comment : I sumitted this to The Times-Picayune 12/23/24"Only in New Orleans..."Back in my hometown fearing bad health news about my 94 year old mother (who still teaches), the Service Immediately light came in car. The dealer had only one mechanic working and could not be bothered. Two other mechanics at two other shops offered no help. At 2:00 PM on a Friday afternoon, EFI Services, Inc. in Elmwood (of all places) was recommended to me. It took a little while, but the owner and his wife took the time to put the car on the computer, test it and reset the computer for a total stranger who they might never see again. The owner refused payment saying, "I have been stuck out of town before." Only in my hometown of New Orleans.

Comment : Went to Elmwood Dodge for an Oil Change. I had a $99 coupon that I received in the mail. Service tech Elisha Jones actually reduced it to $86 . She said that it would take about 45 Min to an hour and it was completed in 40 min. Very satisfied.

Comment : I bring all of my vehicles to EFI for service and repairs. They stand by their work, get the job done in a timely manner, and very transparent with customers. I recommend EFI to all family and friends and will continue to do so.
