Comment : My family & I have been taking our vehicles to EFI for years bc of the honesty, knowledge & quality they have done on our cars. Personally, they have kept my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee safely driving on the roads without going bankrupt.

Comment : Service was great. DeDe was wonderful and explained everything to me. All my requests were taken care of. My car was clean when I picked it up. My only issue was that I had to leave my car there until the next day. Evidently their work was backed up from the previous day. A little advance notice would've been appreciated.

Comment : I am most satisfied with the servicing of my car. I bought it at Elmwood, I have a 40+ year relationship with the dealership and its service department, both personally and through my employer when I was working. They know this car, and others before it, better than anyone. And the people are very friendly and helpful.

Comment : Vinny made buying a car an enjoyable experience for the first time in my life! Elmwood CDJR is by far the best place in R.I. to purchase a new or used Mopar product

Comment : vehicle was in for recalls and time for oil change and tire rotation. when I st up the appointment, I was told I would need a rental vehicle for a few days at no charge to me. IO brought my vehicle in on a Monday, received a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee and was called later that day that the all the work and the recalls were completed!
