Comment : My experience with EFI Automotive goes back 17 years, and it has been fantastic to say the least. 5 stars does not even scratch the surface as to the professionalism and capabilities of this high-performing outfit.
EFI is owned and operated by the Rosen family - Lynn and Steven, and their three exceptional children. EFI has repaired and maintained my fleet vehicles from diesel powered box trucks to gas powered service vans. They have maintained every F250 I have ever owned (on number 3). They have maintained my high-performance and supercharged vehicles such as the 2016 Dodge Challenger Hellcat that needed a new clutch as it was manual - and now the services on my 2021 Dodge Challenger Hellcat Redeye Widebody.
EFI has fixed or repaired vehicles for my wife, my brother, the guys that work for me, and so many friends - zero complaints. Steven and Lynn make understanding what is wrong with your vehicle easy - they also are very clear and upfront about how much things will cost and how much time the repair will take. They have all the latest gizmos and computers to work on all types of different vehicles from high-end foreign to standard domestics.
I could write another 3 paragraphs about this company as they are so good, but I must land the plane by simply saying that I would NEVER take my vehicles ANYWHERE ELSE.

Comment : After rotating tires they were all low on air-no big deal I just filled them when I got home but maybe they should check. They offered me a rental while they fixed my rear defrost, it took almost a week to fix it, then the day after I picked it up they said I went 1 day over the agreement (which I never signed) and wanted money

Comment : Warning stay away from this business. This experience was absolutely horrible. 1st of all the communication was non existent I had to call from a different phone number because they wouldn't answer for me to give me any updates on my vehicle. When they finally answered 3 days later I finally was told the cost would be $1500 after giving a quote of $175. Then when I questioned the owner about the lack of communication and price changed I was told to just come and get my vehicle towed off there property and he didn't want to service me. If I could give zero stars I would.
