Comment : Professionalism of all the staff involved. Gino, the Service Advisor I worked with, got my car looked at in a timely manner, despite being towed in without an appointment. The technician found and resolved the no-start issue quickly. I had also requested removal of an aftermarket alarm which I felt was problematic. Gino advised me that it was beyond their scope and gave me a referral to an appropriate facility. That meant a lot, rather than making an attempt that may have not been successful. Finally, the amount that this repair resulted in was very reasonable and I was more than happy to pay it. Again, being at a shop with a inoperable vehicle, unable to make the repair myself, I feel I was treated very fairly and not taken advantage of. Based on this experience I will be a return customer.
