Comment : I Always feel they care & give you great service The last time I was in it was for my 2009 Ford Explorer which I bought New 16 years ago. They serviced this auto many times over the years & I’m very satisfied with there service over the years, but last time I was in I had an issue with the fuel pump they said they would have to drop the gas tank to get at the part so they gave me a price of $1,400 so I was a little shocked, I didn’t have them repair it I figured it was too high of a priced for a auto that is 16 years old, I’ll probably see if I can get another price. It already cost me $160 for Dyna Tune to drop the gas tank & put it back

Comment : I’ve been here a few times and overall have had a positive experience. Most recently, I brought my car in due to some warning lights on the dash. They were able to get me in quickly and were very accommodating. The repairs didn’t take long, and I was back on the road the same day.

Unfortunately, the issue returned shortly after. When I called and spoke with Tim, he was understanding and empathetic. He arranged for diagnostic work to be done right away and got me in as soon as possible to replace the faulty sensor. Thankfully, my warranty covered the repair, and due to the inconvenience, they even waived my $50 deductible.

While the situation was a little frustrating, they turned it around and made it right. I felt taken care of, and they handled everything the way great customer service should. I understand that sometimes things happen, and because of how they handled it, I’ll definitely be back.
