Comment : Went to get my serpentine belt, belt tensioner and idler pulleys change yesterday. One of my pulleys was bad and i believe my tensioner as well alot of movement in the belt and noise. Service was fast, good price and I always have good experiences going to durrell Tire and Auto really good people there. I started my car up this morning sounded so good being quiet.

Comment : They said that they could fix a steering issue charged an enormous amount of money and failed to solve the problem. Then had the nerve to tell me that it's sn older model car and he can't make it new.Bad business bad attitude. Shady practices. Beware.

Comment : I took my car here because it was rattling when I went over bumps. They drove my car and I took it back for them to repair it. I specifically asked him to make sure whatever they did to make sure it addressed the problem. He said they’ll start with the struts. Well they started and ended with the struts. How are you going to do the process of elimination on a vehicle.When I picked my car up it was making the same noise and I paid $1100 and some change for struts. Took my car to Brenton automotive in Leeds and they found the problem in a couple of hours and it was the sway arms which cost me $269.00 He told me to bring my car back but why would I if you couldn’t find out the problem the first time when you put struts on my car and I didn’t need them. I understand it’s recommended after a certain amount of miles but if it’s not broke don’t fix it. I dropped my car off on Monday I didn’t receive my car until Wednesday just for struts and for the problem to still exist. On top of when he called and left me a voicemail he addressed me as girl. Really ???? I’m a fully grown woman and that’s just like calling a male black person boy!.

Comment : This place is a rip off, I paid $1,035 for breaks and rotors, and my breaks are still squilling. I contacted them and they were supposed to replace the pads ( used two different pads) why are my breaks still squilling?? They used the cheapest pad they could buy and they’re not the right ones for my car…. Safe to say that they just lost three loyal customers.
