Comment : My work vehicle recently broke down. I was more than an hour from home. The Durable team got to me in record time. They towed me to their shop right away. They worked with my fleet company, diagnosed the issues, and fixed it all within a two-day span. They even helped me by taking my rental and returning it to Enterprise. I can't say enough about the ownership, team, and service! 10/10 would definitely recommend!!!

Comment : Very good customer service and promptly alert for any changes on the repair process like ordered part didn't arrived on time. Repair work is very thorough to make sure the internal damages that uou don't see on the surface was review and replaced during the repair process.

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : Highly recommended! My son (mid 20s) is a recent CT resident. He was rear ended by another driver. He was treated very well from reception to repair. They did an incredible job fixing the vehicle and dealt with insurance issues with utmost professionalism.
