Almost immediately after leaving the shop, my oil pressure light came on. An issue that they had not found during the inspection. That could totally be just bad luck/bad timing, so I don't necessarily blame them for that. BUT, when I called them back to see if it were possible that something got bonked/unhooked during inspection, they were totally unhelpful. Offered me no information, and were most interested in getting me back in the shop, with a price of $250 just to "look at it". With this light on, I know that it's important to not drive the vehicle at all, just from prior knowledge. But on the phone, they were just like come bring it in to be diagnosed, without warning me that I should not drive it, or that I should get it towed. Clearly 0 care for my car or my own safety.
