Comment : They were straight forward, told me what needed to be replaced , didn't try scare tactics like if you don't fix it now it's going to fall apart. They fixed a problem i was having and it worked perfect. I will return to have the other issues fixed as finances allow. I like the attitude there.

Comment : Honestly, I can?t believe they fixed my truck. I took my truck to Dodge the actual dealership and they couldn?t even work on it. I took my truck to Duncan?s automotive and it?s fixed and working perfect honestly, I will never take my truck anywhere else again not only was the customer service spot on but the mechanics actually know what they?re doing. I appreciate you guys. Thank you so much again.

Comment : I called to schedule a smog appointment and the woman on the phone was nice and knowledgeable. They were able to get me in next business day. When I got to the shop the gentleman at the desk was very polite and social, smiling and welcoming! My car was done in 20 minutes and they took my payment with the same great enthusiasm and kindness as when I booked and checked in! I will definitely come back all because of the excellent customer service!
