Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : WHY IS IT PERMANENTLY CLOSED? Had great service over the years. Good inspector for State Safety & Emissions. Some of the crew from Herndon Auto Repair that closed years go merged here. Now everyone is gone suddenly 3 months ago. What happened Randy H, Business Owner?

Comment : First time for an inspection coming from MD based on reviews and I was impressed with the customer services and ease of the process. Had to wait by the curve 40-60min due to arrival but no appointment was made and the process itself was quick so I have no complaints.When it was my turn, It was explained what I was needed and pricing was straightforward. Comment : Came by to get my car inspected at 445pm on Saturday and no one was there. If I would of known they would be closed I would of came before work. Their website started open til 8pm on Saturday.

Comment : Disappointed to see that Kevin was gone as it was great to speak with someone who understood and knew car issues and how to resolve them unlike the individuals now. I don't like to buy gas here since the people at the register are more concerned with their cell phone conversations than the actual client in front of them and are rude if you interrupt them or just rude in general. Not surprised it's closing.
