Comment : Bought a brand new 2026 Yukon Elevation and started having issues with the center infotainment screen being black which stopped the temperature controls from working. Went back and forth to the dealership 5 or more times (40+ miles there and 40+ miles back) with no resolution. This issue was on just resolved last week, so hoping it doesn't happen again. The communication from anyone at Duke was non-existent. I got attitudes and zero appreciation. You spend $90k with them and they have zero cares once the paper is signed and you drive off the lot. I passed on buying a Ford Expedition for this Yukon and regret every minute. You would think they would call and just check in after I picked up the car, but nope. I would stay clear of using this dealer! GMC corporate wasn't anymore help and my request for buyback was rejected.

Comment : The service good. The only concern that I have is what I was told at the time of scheduling the service appointment. When speaking the service gentleman I told him that I wanted an oil change. He asked did I want the tires rotated also. I asked him how much. He told me that it was included with the oil change.
When I got the oil change and was ready to check out, the lady it would be 24.00. I told her that when I purchase the vehicle, I told that oil changes were included. She said yes but tire rotation was not. I told her that when I called to schedule the oil change, the gentleman told me that tore rotation was included with the oil change. She no it was not.
I told her that was what I was told when I called and made appointment.
I paid the amount for the tire rotation.
My concern is why would one gentleman say the rotation was included but after the service was completed and I go to check, she tells me I owe for the tire rotation.
It would be great if all the workers in service were staying the same thing.
