Comment : The vehicle I have been driving for the last 19 years was purchased from Duke Chevrolet so when I to consider purchasing a new vehicle I came back to Duke. The service was great everybody was very friendly. I knew exactly what I wanted and was willing to wait but I didn't have to . When Mike C. Called to say the car came in early no question in my mind I went directly to Duke and purchased my new car. I love thisvehicle! Thanks Mike for all your help it was a great experience!

Comment : Had a 815 appointment for them to look at my truck for an issue with the transmission. Waited almost 2 hours before they looked at it and if I hadn’t asked about it twice probably would’ve been there all day. When I made the appointment I was told to bring it in and someone would look at it while I waited. I’m almost an hour away and I wouldn’t expect them to take me home but I could have made arrangements if I would have known prior.
