Comment : I had a very disappointing first experience with this auto service shop. My car had a dead starter, so I had to tow it here. After diagnosing the issue, I was quoted $398 for the starter alone and about $300 for labor, bringing the total close to $700. The same starter typically costs much less in the market, which raised concerns for me.

When I asked about the high price, I was told that the shop marks up parts above market price to cover their costs. I was also informed that if I didn?t want to proceed with the repair, I could tow the car back after paying the diagnostic fee. Since my car had already been towed there, this left me with limited options.

The communication on the phone also came across as rude and dismissive, which made an already stressful situation more frustrating.

Overall, the pricing felt excessive and the customer service was disappointing. I would recommend asking for a detailed quote and comparing options before proceeding with repairs here.

Comment : I called regarding a vehicle that previously had a ?checked computers? service noted in its history report. As someone who has purchased many vehicles over the years, I routinely contact prior service shops to better understand entries like this.
During my call, I was informed that because another customer paid for the service, no details could be shared unless the vehicle was brought in and a new diagnostic was performed for approximately $200. I understand that businesses have privacy policies regarding prior customers.
That said, I found the interaction itself to be discouraging. While asking clarifying questions, I felt I was being talked over, and the tone of the conversation came across as curt. As a prospective buyer simply trying to do due diligence, I left the call feeling that my questions were not welcomed.
