Comment : I highly recommend Dry Harbor Service Station. Joe was wonderful and handled my issue professionally, on time and for a reasonable price. He answered all of my questions and kept me informed every step in the process. Joe explained all the possible issues and made an expert assessment of the situation. I could not have asked for anything more. It is worth waking up early and bringing your car into Joe! You won't be disappointed!

Comment : Thank you Joe and Brian. You guys are the best. I always hear clicking noise in my car. Recently, I hear a new high pitch noise while breaking. I was very nervous.  Joe and his team were able to diagnosis where the problems are. I am able to leave the service station with confidence. Dry Harbor Service Station #1 in Rego Park.

Comment : Found Dry Harbor Service Station by a neighbors recommendation. Was tired getting ripped off by the Honda Dealer. Joe at Dry HARBOR fixed my car air conditioner by replacing a small hose. Honda wanted $950 to replace some of the A/C system. Never looked back. Been over 5 years of honest service. Definitely recommend them.

Comment : I have been pleasantly surprised with all of my interactions here. Quick, honest and responsive.I don't know much about cars and I could easily be sold into spending money on something I don't need. Dry harbor feels like an honest place and I don't have that fear when I come here.My last experience was a simple tire repair but I also try to get my inspections done here as well.

Comment : Joe and his crew have been my service station since about 2016 when we had to replace our dearly departed 2003 Prius. On a lark, I looked for a station near my work, as it's the only time I ever have to get my car serviced during the week. I've never been disappointed. He and his crew do my yearly inspection, and they've never overcharged me for unnecessary work, and they avoid overcharging on parts or whenever labor is marginal.

Recently, my car had a critter get into through the undercarriage and dislodge my ABS sensor en route to making a nest. The crew cleaned out the car for me and charged me barely above cost on parts to replace the sensor (though unlikely circumstances conspired against our repair!) because I had recently done an inspection. They're class acts, and have gone above and beyond, especially during COVID. It's hard to friend friendly, safe (they're doing their best on masking and social distancing too!), and honest mechanics in NYC, to the point that the rarity of such things is a trope. Dry Harbor and their crew is just that. Thank you!

Comment : This place is a complete rip off! Do not go! You will get abused! They charged me $600 to replace a gas cap and said I a"had an issue with my intake". Then 4 months later my light is back on and low and behold my oxygen sensor went bad. They wanted $750 for a $200 job..... so do yourself a favor, take your wallet out and burn it. You will at least save some time over going here!
