Comment : I was involved in a car accident on January 4, 2025, and was referred to Drexel of Norman (2015 Industrial Blvd, Norman, OK 73069) for repairs. Unfortunately, my experience with this shop has been deeply frustrating and disappointing. Not only was my vehicle returned in an incomplete state, but it also sustained additional damage while in their care. The issues included a bent pins for backup censor, broken trunk arm, scratched window tint, a detached skid plate, a broken driver s side mirror that no longer closes when locked, paint residue on the interior, an uneven and scanty paint job, scratches on the chrome, faulty chrome door trim, clear coat splatter across the passenger side and windows, and a misaligned roof trim. The owner exhibited very unprofessional behavior, refusing to acknowledge the shop s mistakes. The paintwork was egregiously deficient, appearing as though it was melting off, with visible dust embedded in the paint and an uneven finish. I was forced to return the vehicle eight times due to ongoing paint issues, and by the ninth attempt, I refused further service and he did as well. Despite repeated efforts to have these problems addressed, each time my car was returned, it had new or recurring defects. Additionally, the owner spoke down to me and expressed frustration over the cost of correcting his shop s own errors. Had the repairs been completed correctly the first or even the second time, this situation could have been avoided entirely. Having to return the vehicle eight times should have been inconceivable. The ordeal has been incredibly time-consuming and distressing. Each trip to the shop required a two-hour round-trip drive, amounting to over 16 hours of unnecessary travel in an effort to reclaim my vehicle in proper condition. I have felt taken advantage of, neglected, ignored, and even placed in harm s way. My calls and messages were disregarded, and I was left without a rental car at a critical time. When a fire broke out in a neighboring town, I had no means of evacuation due to the shop s delays. Despite multiple attempts to contact the owner during business hours including voicemails and messages that were visibly seen he failed to respond. After initially promising that my car would be ready around the third week of January, I finally received it on March 17, 2025, still with functional and paint defects. This experience has been both frustrating and unacceptable, and I strongly caution others against seeking service from this establishment.I was involved in a car accident on January 4, 2025, and was referred to Drexel of Norman (2015 Industrial Blvd, Norman, OK 73069) for repairs.
