Comment : We had an wonderful experience with Drake towing. Our transmission failed 1.5 hours away from home and 4.5 hours away from our destination. Our tow driver, Brandon, was exceptionally helpful. He stayed with us while we secured a ride to our next spot. His dispatcher, Andrea, personally secured a friend of hers to come out and assist us on to our next stop where we were able to secure a rental car and continue on to our final destination. Our 6 hour trip concluded 8 hours longer than expected but could not have been completed with the great service and kindness offered by Brandon, Andrea, and her friend Tim. A route connected by complete stangers. Thank you to each of you for Your efforts in getting our vehicle and us to a safe destination.
