Comment : These guys did a great job at fixing my Jeep wrangler. It had a lot wrong with the front end, shocks, oil leak among other problems. Drake got it done fast, and I can certainly tell the difference in the drive. Thanks again.

Comment : We had a great experience with Drake?s. They fixed the oil housing on our Dodge Caravan and did an excellent job from start to finish. The staff was knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to explain the issue clearly. The repair was done in a timely manner, pricing was fair, and the van has been running perfectly since. It?s hard to find a shop you can truly trust, but this one earned it. Highly recommend!

Comment : My mechanic moved to South St. Louis and was looking for a new shop to take my vehicles to. Called Drakes and they have been working on my cars ever since. They are easy to speak with and explain everything of what you need fixed and it never takes long. Thank you as you certainly have a new customer.

Comment : Everyone there is so friendly and courteous. They always get my vehicle in quickly. They never pressure me to get more work done than what I brought it in for to begin with. If anything else needs done, they let me know and give me prices. If I can't get it done right away, they are understanding and don't try to talk me into another service. Got brakes done there last year and when they started having issues a couple months later, they replaced them again at no charge. Took my car today to get my leaking tire patched. Since I purchased my tires there a year ago, they repaired them for free too, showing their guarantee their parts and work done. Great place to do business with! They've never done me wrong!

Comment : Very grateful to Drake's customer service and technicians. I brought my car to them for new rear brakes and rotors, after they had given me a quote over the phone. I had the brakes inspected by 2 other local shops, before calling Drake. Both shops told me I needed new brakes and rotors, quoting me around $500. Drake's pricing was less than the others but once the technician looked over everything, I received a phone call telling me that I did NOT need new brakes and rotors. It was actually a brake fluid issue, which they took care of. It cost me $39 total vs $500 other shops were more than happy to charge me. Their employees work ethics is commendable. Their honesty and not trying to take advantage of a customer is unfortunately not common practice today. They have my future business and recommendation!
