Comment : We ve bought a few full sets of tires here. Never anything but good, honest service. No one will beat there prices when you compare apples to apples. I ve referred friends here that were nothing but pleased with the service and their prices. I m actually sitting in the waiting room now while they change my oil. Comment : I was looking for a new place to take my car here in the Alton area due to poor service from NTB. I went to NTB for years and the treatment given to their customers is embarrassing to say the least. Yesterday, I noticed a strange noise when I would brake. I called the office and spoke to Jim and he was very kind and asked me to come in, so they could take a look. Most places would tell me to come in a day, or two later. He could tell that I was worried about the noise and he cared. Without question, he had one of his workers take a look and found the issue. I was so grateful for their kindness and concern for me. Jim took the time to show me how brake pads and rotors should look, so I can be proactive with my vehicle maintenance. I am so happy that I dialed their number and I can say that this is where I am taking my vehicle for anything I need! Thank you so much, Drake Tire and Auto!
