Comment : We ve bought a few full sets of tires here. Never anything but good, honest service. No one will beat there prices when you compare apples to apples. I ve referred friends here that were nothing but pleased with the service and their prices. I m actually sitting in the waiting room now while they change my oil. Comment : I was looking for a new place to take my car here in the Alton area due to poor service from NTB. I went to NTB for years and the treatment given to their customers is embarrassing to say the least. Yesterday, I noticed a strange noise when I would brake. I called the office and spoke to Jim and he was very kind and asked me to come in, so they could take a look. Most places would tell me to come in a day, or two later. He could tell that I was worried about the noise and he cared. Without question, he had one of his workers take a look and found the issue. I was so grateful for their kindness and concern for me. Jim took the time to show me how brake pads and rotors should look, so I can be proactive with my vehicle maintenance. I am so happy that I dialed their number and I can say that this is where I am taking my vehicle for anything I need! Thank you so much, Drake Tire and Auto! Comment : People are nice and seem helpful. Always get a second opinion on any recommended work. Was told I needed 3 new ball joints after taking it in for an alignment. Took it to my normal mechanic, put it up on the rack and 4 of us tested the ball joints. They aren't bad. Always get a second opinion to be sure.

Comment : I was told by a dealership because my tire was bouncing that I needed a new rim. However, a friend of mine referred me to this establishment. They looked at my tires. They looked at my rim, tested the balancing in the tire and come to find out, it wasn t a rim. It was a steel belt that had gone bad in the tire, this is a very courteous staff eager to help you and give you the full explanation of what is going on with your vehicle. I ended up getting new tires no rim needed and pulled out of their place. Very happy. Also The staff is Courteous and knowledgeable on what they are doing. I will no longer take my car to the dealership for anything. I will always bring my car here. Great job guys.
