Comment : Dr. Rob s immaculate garage is full of expert staff and interesting customers. Just today I met a hobby farmer who keeps cows, goats, pigs and sheep in additional to providing transportation for farm animals in the New England region. Another customer who practices nose to tail cooking was quite interested to meet the hobby farmer and get his number as a source for goat the third gentleman waiting with us administers meds and runs yoga at a rehab center. We decided we could enlist the yoga teacher and expand Dr. Rob s services to include goat yoga at the hobbit farmers place while waiting for cars to be repaired . Great staff, expert service, interesting customers!Dr. Rob s immaculate garage is full of expert staff and interesting customers. Comment : I brought my vehicle there for them to install and insert for a spark plug, which they told me would be no problem doing. They did the work in upon themselves to change all the other spark plugs in the engine and ruined the coil, which was a $250 part, asked them to change any of the spark plugs. Five spark plug blew out and now they’re telling me there’s nothing they can do and they don’t have time to look at it. Probably the worst customer service seen. I’ve been six weeks now waiting for a response on how they were going to proceed. I finally went there again today and they again lied to me and said they tried to get a hold of me which they never did. The lady at the front desk was absolutely rude. They should be an embarrassment for you guys to use as AAA representation.

Comment : The woman at the front desk (I apologize, I am terrible with names) was excellent to work with. She made me feel very comfortable, told me everything I needed to know and was very helpful.

Comment : They are good to their customers and very honest. I have taken all of my vehicles there for the past 20 years and have never had poor service.
