Dr P’s has a great team! 1 Reviews Hana pie Crobin, KY Reviewed : 10/11/2025 Comment : Was traveling from TN to KY to help a friend move her furniture from an ex. My van suddenly stopped accelerating on the highway. Didn’t want to go over 16 mph. I was freaking out bad because no shops around could look at it that day. They told me they could and even picked me up in their tow truck because my roadside assistance was being difficult. After inspecting it they determined my high pressure fuel pump went out. Luckily that part had a warranty on it and they even towed it to the nearest Kia dealership for me. They were super friendly and understanding of my predicament. I highly recommend them. 1 Reviews Tammy moneyy Crobin, KY Reviewed : 10/01/2025 Comment : 1 Reviews Jerry s. Crobin, KY Reviewed : 09/19/2025 Comment : Great service!! My son broke down on his way home 1000 miles away. A towing company towed his truck to Dr. P’s business, fixed his brakes and had him on his way home wishing 2 hours. Their price was fair and I’m very greatful for them getting to his truck right away 1 Reviews Amanda shotton Crobin, KY Reviewed : 07/21/2025 Comment : Short version- Unreliable and UnprofessionalLong Version -> We took our Ram truck into the shop because it was having electrical issues and back end was making a weird sound, Dr P says he can’t figure it out and it needs to go to dealership for diagnosis then bring papers back to him. He stayed after hours to talk about possible issues and we were very excited to have found a local mechanic to begin using. We paid him for his attempt at a diagnosis, that’s fair, then paid dealership for diagnosis. Took paperwork to Dr P, he gives a quote, advised to buy the parts from dealership directly, says 5 hrs in labor, but can’t get us in for 3 weeks. We get on the books, buy the parts and show up at 8am 3 weeks later and upon arrival he says he isn’t working today because one of his workers quit (not the customers fault but also you didn’t call to cancel us) and is then when he asks what’s it even for and we remind him, he says he can’t do that, doesn’t have the tools and to take it to dealership. Really? You couldn’t tell us that 3 weeks ago but instead you quoted us a price, put us on your books, had us drive in. If you can’t do it, then cool you can’t do it, but don’t put us on your books, give us a quote and have us come in to be told you can’t do it and knew you couldn’t. 1 Reviews Sr reid Crobin, KY Follow-up:There is nothing for your business to fix just yet as the clamp was removed and the coolant was filled. You didnt offer for me to bring in my car. You simply asked if it was overheating in which I replied "not yet". Your deflection does not excuse the real problem here which I addressed. You can note the timestamp as well on this edit. However, as you stated there is a warranty on my radiator and I expect you to honor that if needed.'> Reviewed : 06/09/2025 Comment : Had my oil changed at valvoline today and they found a clamp restricting my coolant. In addition, the reservoir was not filled with coolant. The last place to touch my car was Dr. P's when they replaced the radiator. You make the decision, but in my opinion this is a display of gross incompetence upon a mechanic. I personally do not recommend this place. I was forced to give a star in order to provide this review.Follow-up:There is nothing for your business to fix just yet as the clamp was removed and the coolant was filled.
