Comment : We were visiting from out of state and broke down in the hills of 75 at 4:15PM on a Friday. I called and they graciously agreed to do a diagnostic if we made it there. Somehow we made it. They quickly let me know I'd probably have to go to the dealer but the technician said it may be a fluke and asked if I wanted him to clear the codes. I said yes. He did and guess what??? Instead of being stuck in Corbin for another 3 or 4 days, my car did fine and we made it back to Missouri safely. Your generosity will always stand out to me!! Comment : I wouldn't take my vehicle here. I took my truck to them to have it fixed only to have the same issue a few months later. My new mechanic verified the same issue. At first they told me the part and service was warrantied, then they said we'll, bring it in were not sure if it's warrantied. Bad business. This business told me that the transfer case motor that they fixed was not the same as the transfer case shift motor. Bad business.I wouldn't take my vehicle here. Comment : My car broke down on a road trip near this shop, and they couldn't have been any more professional and helpful. They easily could have taken advantage of me, but impressed me with their honesty in an industry that isn't always on the level. Would take my car here every time if I lived closer!

Comment : These guys were super fantastic! Broke down out of state and went here on a recommendation from a tow driver. They were able to diagnose my car the same day and allowed me to make a decision. I was under the impression that they would be able to fix my car- this was a possible misunderstanding, but was given every indication they could and would do the job. I called the next day and was told they would not be able to do it because they didn t have the time, but could do a more expensive job for me if I chose to go that route. I was quite peeved at the yes then no communication, but would definitely recommend these guys!
