The employees are very friendly and we feel as though we get more personal service than we have experienced at dealerships. The one aspect that could, and we think should, be improved is contacting customers when the service is complete. We've found that we have to call and ask if the car is ready, and sometimes it has been for quite some time - like a day or more. This has happened more than once on more than one vehicle.
