I can't say enough about the people I encountered ( especially Cleason) there was no pressure to buy and the price point was right where I wanted it to be. Comment : After purchasing a Brand New Crosstrek, we discovered the Eyesight feature was not working properly. This feature was new to me, but (after 2 test drives) I was assured by Garber employees, that the car saying the Eyesight was disabled was normal. With the dashboard being lit with multiple yellow warning lights, we took the car to West Herr Subaru, who discovered the front cameras were damaged when the $414 auto dimming rear view mirror was installed and our brand new Crosstrek needed $5000 in repairs.. including having to have the windshield replaced on a car with 50 miles on it. We didn t drive the car for the first month, while we waited to find out who was footing the bill. Plenty of sleepless night and arguments later. Garber never reached out to me, and only after repeatedly calling and emailing, I finally got through to the Sales Manager. Only to be blown off after weeks of missed phone calls that he set up. I wish someone at the dealership would have noticed this problem before we took ownership.
