Comment : Overall, working with Javier was a good experience, and I appreciated the quick turnaround in getting my truck back within a few days. Unfortunately, my interactions with the front desk staff were disappointing. When asking questions about my vehicle, the responses were often delivered with sarcasm and unprofessional facial expressions, which felt dismissive and uncomfortable. Even simple follow-up questions were met this way. This behavior left a negative impression and made me hesitant to return. With improved professionalism and customer service at the front desk, this could have been a much better experience.
