Comment : My Toyota Camry was backed into a few months ago by an Amazon truck. They went 6 inches into my back bumper and completely damaged the back bumper of the car. After going to different shops to get quotes, I went with downtown garage. From the front desk staff to the mechanics that work there, everyone is amazing! The kept in constant communication with me and let me know every detail of the repair. When I went to pick up my car, you couldn’t even tell it had ever been hit. They restored it into the original condition and even matched the paint perfectly. I would wholeheartedly recommend downtown garage to anyone that needs good work done for a reasonable price.

Comment : I had the best experience at downtown garage and auto body shop my car got hit on a Saturday and by Tuesday they took my car in and I got it back on Thursday they were super friendly and quick and my car looks brand new! Brittany and Brad were so helpful. Brittany even kept me updated in the process which was great! I would recommend them again to anyone and would definitely use them in the future if I need anything else!

Comment : I used them when my wife s car get side swiped in a parking lot. They made a pretty penny off the insurance company. They did pretty great work, but I did have to send the car back after they said it was done due to the bumper not being installed correctly. They corrected it and I picked it up the next day. I recently had two headlight assemblies replaced on the driver s side . I paid for it out of pocket and supplied the parts I was told it would need and boy was there a difference in quality of workmanship. I dropped the car off and the needed parts. I was told a few days later it was done. I went to go pick up the car and checked everything. The headlights were gapped and didn t fit right compared to the original headlight assemblies on the passenger side (original from factory). I was originally told that that s just how aftermarket fits. I didn t accept that answer and told them to adjust it properly. 24 hours later, it magically fit like it was meant to. After I attempted to pick the car up again, I saw the headlight beams were not even properly adjusted and there was an issue with the second headlight assembly that houses the turn signal. The only solution was another unit, but instead of fixing it again, they wanted to charge me for work that should have been taken care of the first time around. My opinion, I would never use them again, unless they are getting a big payout from the insurance, they don t care.I used them when my wife s car get side swiped in a parking lot. Comment : Betsy and Britney provided good customer service during my first visit to the Downtown Garage & Auto Body. From my arrival to my departure, I noticed a very organized operation at their facility. If you need a regular oil change, they will let you bring in your preferred oil & oil filter for your vehicle. FREE WIFI is offered while you wait. Comment : I am over the moon! I am so pleased with my car after they fixed it. It did take longer than hoped for, but they covered the expense of my rental after it exceeded my insurance allowance, for which I am thankful, my expenses are tight. The repair was spectacular, and they went above and BEYOND! Issues I knew I had with my car before the accident, which I was not expecting to be taken care of outside of the accident damage, they did it! They fixed everything without me asking. And the customer service was phenomenal!!!! Should I ever need it again, I will 10/10 be back.
