Comment : I was told by Mercedes Benz of Sugar Land that the motor in my 2010 Mercedes Benz GLK 350 was shot and it would cost in excess of $15,000 to repair it. I later had the vehicle looked at by another mechanic and he found out that the spark plug in cyclinder 1 had back out and the threads were gone. Mark at Downtown Automotive rethreaded cyclinder 1 and reinstall the spark plug and the coil. The total cost was $570.24. The vehicle is running perfectly now.
