Comment : DSG isn’t the cheapest repair shop, but their quality and, most of all, honesty is second to none. If there are multiple issues with your car, they will point them out and prioritize the necessary repairs to your needs. Everyone’s car is deteriorating slowly every day, and purchasing a vehicle is getting more expensive. Do the right thing, keep your car in dependable condition with the help of DSG.

Comment : Service was nice but they up-charge everything by 50-150% compared to the other place I took it to. They claim it’s because of quality in their other review responses, but there are plenty of other shops in Denver that have great quality but won’t rob you of your money.

Comment : I own a jeep so I’ve seen my fair share of mechanic shops. Great experience at Downing Street Garage. Friendly and attentive team. They walked me through the findings of the vehicle inspection and made me feel comfortable with my decisions on which repairs to address. Definitely recommend and will be coming back.

Comment : Went in to get a full shock replacement, had to get so many other things replaced at the end it cost me just under $2000. Within a few months, I heard the squeaking and took it back to get replaced after the second time being fixed, here I am a couple of years later, and it is still broken....😆 they charge an arm and a leg and don't take responsibility when they've made a mistake.🤔 Take it in at your own risk!

Comment : Good experience overall but they definitely tried to overcharge me by about $50 for an oil change. They brought the price down after I said something about how expensive it was, which I appreciated. But I didn t appreciate feeling like they were trying to take advantage.

Comment : This garage is great! All the employees are great to interact with and called with updates as my car had some major work that needed to be done. They explained everything well and were transparent about the process and even gave advice on what to wait on rather than pushing additional work for my car. I recently went back because I had issues with my license plate and they helped me even without an appt or a charge. I consider this my go-to auto shop!This garage is great!
