Comment : Reason I'm giving Downey Hyundai 3.5 stars is because when I arrived to my car maintenance appointment, no one stepped out to great and see what I needed. I stepped into the front desk to see who can help me out, Mario (customer service representative) helped me out. He assumed I had someone else to take me home while I left my vehicle to be serviced, and I had to ask if they still offer courtesy Lyft services. Once he ordered me a Lyft driver; Mario printed a service invoice specifying what my vehicle needs and estimate of when will my vehicle be ready. Unfortunately I never heard from them so I decided to call around 3pm to find out my SUV was ready since 11:30am. I was promised that my vehicle would be washed and clean to only discover that they only added admiral to my tires and my vehicle wasn't clean as promised.
