I stepped into the front desk to see who can help me out, Mario (customer service representative) helped me out. He assumed I had someone else to take me home while I left my vehicle to be serviced, and I had to ask if they still offer courtesy Lyft services. Once he ordered me a Lyft driver; Mario printed a service invoice specifying what my vehicle needs and estimate of when will my vehicle be ready. Unfortunately I never heard from them so I decided to call around 3pm to find out my SUV was ready since 11:30am.
